Valadez Kenpo Association is a professional Martial Arts Association where you are treated with dignity and respect. Where you can be assured to that no politics are played.

We recognize all martial artists, no matter what title, rank, belt color held, or style and art practiced. There are no big “I’s” or little you’,s in the VKA!

GUIDELINE FOR MEMBERS

1. The VKA has the right to approve or deny an application for Membership at any time.
2. The VKA has the right to revoke Membership at any time that it is proven that the Member has misrepresented themselves in an unethical manner and bringing disrespect to the VKA.
3. The Member must abide by the bylaws that govern the VKA at all times.
4. Members who submit false claims or try to join with misguided intentions such as abusing their martial arts skills or slandering the VKA shall be expelled and further consequences may be called for depending upon the circumstances involved.
5. Members represent the VKA and must act with good faith and ethics.
6. The VKA is not engaged in any type of politics or religion. All martial artists from any kind of background and all styles are welcome.
7. All Members must be in good standing at all times.
8. All Members are expected to respect one another, including their style and art.
9. No politics of any kind are played in the VKA.
10. Members who are Black Belts must submit Certification, including a resume of their background in the martial arts for our records.
11. No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the VKA without the express written permission from a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions!
12. If a Member leaves the VKA they shall not solicit other VKA Members to join another Association at any time.
13. Members who hold VKA titles such as: State Representatives, Board Members, etc., will represent the VKA with professionalism at all times.
14. The VKA Board has the right to change or add any new rules at any time.
15. Members may recruit others into VKA Membership at any time, but must go through the VKA to process the application.
16. The VKA Board can vote to remove any Member holding a VKA title such as State Representative, Director, etc. at any time.
